| Some people have been confused with practice times, right now its 6:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday are 6 am, we erg on those days so be there 6am sharp. |

| just got a text from coach, practice is cancelled tomorrow. Try to do at least a half hour of cardio ( playing football or something, going to the gym, whatever) tomorrow. Enjoy! |

yes, and you all have the erg room key too. if it isn't go run a small brain and check again, if its still locked, run another small brain and check again, if its still locked, 6 towers.

Ergs - fants at 8
500 m sprints w 3' Rest X 10
obviously that's more rest than ergging so these need to be at the 98% exaustion level.
then jog a small brain
8 minute ab circuit as usual. |

| For anyone who's still wondering about what we did today, according to mapmyrun womens bunn hill is around 3.5 miles and what we did today was an eerie and coincidental 3.1 miles (5k). |
